You will be responsible for providing acute care to patients, managing their treatment plans, and ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

Responsibilities1.
Deliver high-quality patient care in an acute care setting, monitoring and assessing patient health status, and responding quickly to changes in condition.
2.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
3.
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families, explaining conditions and treatments and addressing any concerns they may have.
4.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
5.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records, documenting all patient care and interactions.
6.
Assist patients with basic life support (BLS) and critical care needs, using advanced nursing skills and knowledge to manage complex health issues.
7.
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications1.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
2.
Current and valid RN licensure in the state of practice.
3.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care nursing, with a focus on patient care, inpatient care, and critical care.
4.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
6.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions in high-pressure situations.
7.
Must be compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
8.
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving patients, standing for long periods of time, and responding quickly in emergency situations.
9.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
10.
Must maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
