Estimator needed for Contents, Water Damage, Mold Remediation and Fire Restoration
Our nationwide Restoration company has an open position BASED in our Omaha, NE.
location.
The candidate will have hands-on experience conducting contents, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup.
The estimator will go to a property, take several photos of the areas, sketch out the property and create an estimate using Xactimate software.
This is not a CONSTRUCTION position.

Candidate must currently reside in Omaha, NE.
ResponsibilitiesDaily, candidates will meet with clients to scope the project and create clear and accurate job estimates based on visual inspection or protocol about mold remediation.
Be on-call for emergency services and prepared to work the jobMust know how to conduct inspections for contents, water, mold & fireReview job scope, job estimate, and job brief preparation with production staffTake phones after-hours phones (Rotation basis) for new leads that come in for servicesInspect services and final walkthrough and ensure proper Job DocumentationPerform production services as needed to make sure all customer needs are metEnsure Production processes are performed according to IICRC guidelinesExperience Required:
MUST have previous experience performing contents, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and fire cleanup from the onset of a job.
IICRC certifications preferred.
